Hunting ONLY on weekdays.
No hunting on weekends.
Arrive Sunday and leave on Wednesday or arrive on Wednesday and leave on Saturday.
Every hunter must own a valid hunting license for the Western Cape to participate.
Shooting range available for practice or scope adjustment on a weapon.
Johan - The Owner
Johan is a fully licensed Professional Hunter with many years of experience in hunting in the Karoo.
He has high ethics, passion, and knowledge of nature and will always ensure an excellent and successful hunt.
To determine the position of the vital heart area on most game imagine a vertical line running up the back, half of the front leg to the shoulder and another horizontal line dissecting this at a point approximately one quarter up the line of the belly/chest.
Your professional hunter and owner will guide you every step of the way if preferred.
SKINNING
Skinning takes place on the farm and trained skinners will be used if you prefer to mount some of your animals.
We have a fully equipped butchery available for processing meat.
A fee can be paid to arrange extra staff to process the meat.
This should be arranged with the owner before the hunt.

Alberts Safaris offers accommodation that is spacious with en-suite bathrooms.
All linen is provided, including towels and extra blankets in winter (sleeps 14). The solar-heated geezers give all-round hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The braai area, the self-catering kitchen is fully equipped.
Wood available in Lapa for braai and fire included in the stay.
Daily cleaner included.
You only bring clothes and food.

ETHICS
Hunting plays a major role in our conservation efforts in the Karoo – to this end, the manner in which we hunt will ensure that hunting always remains a critical factor in the conservation of our Karoo game.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or cash. Balance is required at the completion of the stay or Safari. Prices Vat exclusive.

CANCELATIONS
Deposits are refundable, provided cancellations are made within 30 days of the commencement of the hunt and stay.
Any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reserving a Karoo Hunt
Availability is subject to change and therefore a R5000-00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a hunt. If you are only coming for a holiday or weekend getaway, 50% of the total stay must be paid as a deposit.
